Refund & Returns Policy

At Vistilo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments or accessories may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@vistilo.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if no tracking is provided


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) within 5–10 business days.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank or PayPal account again

  2. Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vistilo.com


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
